“Celebration of love” read the invitation to Bonnie and Scott’s wedding. And it was. There was a whole lot of love in the place, First Baptist of Milan, Tennessee. (That is pronounced Meye’lun not muhlan’).
Bonnie is an absolute sweetheart and a delight to know. Scott is an outstanding young man and a gentleman. His gift to Bonnie of a dozen, long-stem, red roses was very impressive. Romantic touch for sure.

The “Beyond” Beautiful Bonnie!

Bonnie and Scott rode away in a horse drawn carriage – a grand send-off to a wonderful reception.

One of the many enjoyable moments came with the Campus Crusade for Christ “Cru” having way too much fun!

Congratulations to our friends, Bonnie and Scott! We had a wonderful day and be sure and CLICK HERE FOR THE SLIDESHOW.

Sue Peters, a college friend of our daughter Diana, married Don Lopez on Sunday, June 27th. The Orangery in Knoxville, TN is an amazing venue with winding stairs, vaulted ceilings and a beautiful interior. Sue is a sweetheart and it was a privilege to be there. We wish her and Don the very best.

Melody and Daniel, parents of this beautiful baby girl, chose to dress Sarah in a white gown “called a christening gown for the Baptism ceremony. Christening gowns often become treasured keepsakes that are used by…other children in the family and handed down from generation to generation, (Wikipeda.com).” I believe Big Sister, Emmaleigh, also wore this gown at her christening.
Anyway, I am so grateful to be a part of this significant event in Sarah’s life. To all of her family, I pray she will know the peace of God and His protection throughout her life. God Bless!

Of course, we had to capture a few of Sarah’s expressions.

United State Marine Corps, 1st Lieutenant Campbell Thomas. Semper Fi!
I love this. This young man is an Annapolis Grad and made the decision his senior year to go into the Corps.
Thank you for serving, Campbell!

This is Campbell’s beautiful sister, Sarah Thomas, an art student with an interest in photography.

Family portrait! Awesome.

It was a pleasure to meet the Thomas’ family and to spend some time photographing these two amazing young adults. If you would like to see some more photographs from the session, be sure and check out the slideshow.
