Maranda Moore and Drew Lewis became husband and wife on September 29, 2012.
Maranda is inwardly and outwardly beautiful and Drew won me with his kindness. I believe these two were meant for each other.
We had such a great time photographing their wedding and are excited to share them with you in this slide show.
I totally enjoyed meeting the Moore and Lewis families. Paige Goforth was absolutely fantastic. She helped all of us make this a memorable wedding. The event was catered by A Silverware Affair who worked closely with Trudy Harper-Knipp & Lori Goforth, cousins of Julie Moore (mother of the bride), . They helped organize, plan and perfect the event held at Trudy’s beautiful lakeside home. You know, just saying it was a “beautiful” home does not do it justice. The home is an amazing architectural achievement. I came across a photo album showing the before and after pictures. You wouldn’t believe it. I think HGTV could have done a whole show about this home. Anyway, it was a truly delightful evening in a spectacular setting.
One of the highlights of the evening was the dance with Drew and his mom, Lisa. They began the dance with a slow two-step but soon the music changed and they demonstrated a “dancing with the stars” routine. Soon, brother Christian replaced his mom in the routine only to be replaced by dad, Tim. Then all four choreographed the final steps. It was wonderful and a great crowd pleaser.
