Although I have photographed hundreds of weddings, I will always love the beauty, excitement and emotions of a wedding day.
Being able to spend a lot of time with the bride as she prepares for that walk down the aisle is really special. Then, when I later on witness the exchanging of vows and rings and hear the pronouncement of “you are now husband and wife,” I know why I love photographing weddings. Priceless! Also, when the bride loves pictures, I will really love taking them and will definitely get the shutters clicking away.
Getting to meet everyone is another reason why I love photographing weddings. I especially loved getting to spend time with Ashley. She is an amazing, beautiful young lady. I enjoyed very much meeting all of the family members and really had a lot of fun throughout the day.
I hope you will take some time to view the slideshow. I want to say, too, a special thank you to the folks at The Chanticleer Inn for accommodating the bridal party and for allowing us access to their beautiful facility. Also, thank you to Tammy Puryear of the Fairyland Club for once again treating us so well. Cheryl Hyland and Christy Painter of Blissful Moments did an outstanding job of coordinating the event. A tip of the hat to the videographer, Andrew, of Tower Studios for working so well with us. As always, Amanda Williams of Divine Designs, did an amazing job with the flowers. The Bakery of Athens, Tennessee designed an amazing groom’s cake and the bride’s cake was delicious. (I think I’ve mentioned before that I love cake.) Sound Force rocked the reception and harpist, Christa Wenger, was exceptional before the ceremony.
