Liz & Terry

Thank you for entering our world.  Your interest in our lives means so much to us.We are here to serve you, not because taking pictures is what we have to do, but because it's what we love to do. We feel so blessed, and we want to pour out blessings on others.  Let me tell you a little about Terry and me.

We have been in love for 29 years. We met on a blind date, and by the fourth date Terry asked me to be his wife. We were married three months later and not a day goes by that we don't thank God for each other.

We are parents of four wonderful children. Diana, Jessica, John, and Becca are everything to us. They are not only our kids, but our dearest friends. Becca and her husband Keith are our associates and we love working with them.

We are grandparents: "Honey" and "Poppy" to be exact. We currently have six grandbabies with another one on the way. We thought being parents was pretty special, but now we know the unparalleled joy of being grandparents. Those little ones have filled every space in our hearts.

We are photographers and we have the best job on earth. It is our story that helps us capture another's story through our lens.  It is our love that helps us capture another's love through our lens.

Welcome to our blog.

Anna Schwartz & Wells Eady, Wedding at First Centenary UMC, Reception at The Hunter Museum, Wedding Photography by Liz Power Photography

What a fun couple!  Anna and Wells enjoyed their wedding day as much as any bride and groom I’ve photographed.  First Centenary United Methodist is a beautiful church and it was a great day.

There was a lot of joy and happiness in the dressing room.  Here you can see the beautiful Anna and her beautiful dress from Monica’s.

From a glorious ceremony to one of the best views of the city for the reception.   The Hunter Museum and the Hunter’s special events coordinator, Joey Berkley, along with an outstanding crew, did an amazing job. I am confident every guest was amazed at Lee Towery’s food.  She is one of the finest caterers in our area and the food was wonderful.

Once again, our good friends from Love, Peace and Happiness demonstrated why they are one of Chattanooga’s most popular bands as they rocked on with dozens of crowd pleasing favorites.  After a lot of dancing and celebration, Anna and Wells said good-bye.
